Vacation rentals with a balcony in Porto District

A spacious apartment, situated in a major artery with very regular transport available, making it easy to navigate the city. The Botanical Gardens and the City Park are nearby via walking or bus. The apartment itself has good facilities, with large kitchen, balcony, two showers, generous-sized bedrooms, plentiful storage space and views across the whole area.

Amazing location in Porto, with everything close by. The views from the balcony were incredible, couldn’t beat it! Overall a clean, comfortable and beautiful Airbnb, would stay again! Thank you for making our trip so special! :)

Die Wohnung war gut gelegen. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt (Lidl). Etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist die Metrohaltestelle.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. About a thirty minute walk to the Old City but we Ubered because it’s so inexpensive in Portugal (around €5). Be aware that while the apartment is very well equipped with appliances (dishwasher, washing machines, coffee maker, etc), no coffee pods, laundry detergent, or dishwasher pods are included. There is no salt or pepper either. Not a big deal but good to know. Would recommend for anyone who is driving a car to Porto as there is a safe parking lot behind the apartment building.

El estudio supera la descripción: es muy moderno, esta como nuevo, bien ubicado y con equipamiento (electrodomésticos y sanitarios) de última generación, todo funciona muy bien. El único detalle es que no pudimos prepara café: la cocina es de inducción y no sirve para la cafetera italiana de aluminio. Además hay una cafetera con sachets pero no hay sachets y no supimos que tipo comprar. La comunicación con los anfitriones excelente: contestan con rapidez, lo que es muy valorado.

Perfect place to stay to explore Porto. Wished had planned for longer there as couldn’t really enjoy the apartment in the short time we were there, but the time we did spend there was really enjoyable!

This apartment was wonderfully clean, in a pretty quiet building and very much like the pictures. It was located on an extremely safe street. My only minor critique was they were sparse on soap, paper towels, toilet paper and any bath towels. If you’re staying longer than a few days I would plan ahead.

We loved staying in Gaia. It was easily walkable to the attractions in Porto. We loved the river view and watching sunsets from the apartment. Many eating options within easy walking distance. Great host!

A morada é linda. Espaçosa, cozinha incrível, uma vista maravilhosa e tranquilidade para poder descansar. Fácil acesso para cidades próximas. Os quartos são excelentes, limpos todos com seus banheiros próprios. As respostas da empresa que cuida da casa são muito rápidas. A casa é impecável. Nossa família adorou a estadia.

Très beau séjour, Nous avons été accueilli par José, bonne communion, de bonnes adresses conseillées. Merci à votre voisine de nous avoir dépannée lors de la coupure de courant générale du pays. Arrêt de bus, supermarché, un petit restau et un café à proximité. 👌🏽

Très belle maison, bien équipée avec les petits détails qui font très plaisir. Je recommande chaudement!

Die angebotene Wohnung ist für 6 Erwachsene sehr gut geeignet. Die Beschreibung entspricht im Großen und Ganzen der örtlichen Verhältnisse. Die Wohnung liegt relativ weit außerhalb des Zentrums in einem gewachsenen Viertel. Sehr ruhig und sehr hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Nebenan eine Kooperative als Stadtteilzentrum. Toll! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, allerdings hatte das innenliegende Bad einen eigenen Geruch. In der Küche waren alle notwendigen Dinge vorhanden. Ein größerer Topf wäre sehr hilfreich. Die Kaffeemaschine (DeltaQ) war nicht dicht. Nicht ausreichend war die Anzahl der Handtücher und auch die Bettwäsche war nicht ausreichend. Das wurde aber nachgeliefert. Die Therme war ständig auf Störung und musste dann neu gestartet werden. So hatten wir die ersten beiden Tage kein warmes Wasser. Aber dennoch eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Mit ein wenig Liebe und Nachdenken ist es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Porto und Umgebung.

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Alojamiento muy cómodo y confortable La ubicación no puede ser mejor, ya que está a 3 minutos a pie del centro y resulta fácil aparcar Volvería 100% seguro

This property is in a perfect spot especially if you are looking forward to catching the Porto sunsets, as the balcony is perfectly situated for an amazing view over the Luis bridge and the Duoro river. The Jardim do Moro is also very close by. Was perfect size for 2 of us. Some minor plumbing/smell issues, but just was very responsive in reply to this. Overall great stay, and would recommend for anyone visiting!
