Monthly Rentals in Porto Recanati

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed with Sandro and had a great time. Sandro's welcome was perfect, kind, charismatic and attentive to every detail. The apartment is very nice, very clean, bright and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. The location is great, you leave the house and you are on the sea and the area is quiet despite having all the servants nearby. Again, thank you Sandro for your hospitality, we will definitely come back and highly recommend the property.

The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.
