Giuliana is a wonderful person. Solar and cheerful, and above all she was flexible about the check-in time - me and the friend I was traveling with, we encountered a lot of traffic when we arrived, but despite this she reassured us. The house is central and a few steps from the sea. In addition, Giuliana has also provided us with an umbrella and two sun loungers. The house is spacious and comfortable, and Giuliana also made us find the essentials in the kitchen (oil, salt, water...). We would come back tomorrow if we could!

We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The accommodation overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We stayed in September and there was always free parking along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome we also found a bottle of local white wine, very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and a 5-minute drive to a large supermarket, very convenient! A big plus is the pastry bar right under the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but not intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact him again!

Beautiful spacious house and I had a very good time for the silence of this hill near the city and the sea. The panoramic view from the apartment was very exciting because it was a natural immersion with everything. Giulia is her partner, they were present but discreet. Their dog is adorable. I slept comfortably on the bed. All in all, my stay went great. I think I'll be back. I recommend it.
