“Elvis's place is a great choice. The layout is kind of funky (small floorplan and tall, with two sets of stairs) but understandable based on the old city characteristics of Piran. Elvis met us at the bus station and walked with us the 3 minutes to the unit. He offered us a welcome drink and some local tips right off as well. After that our stay continued to be very smooth. The apartment is fully equipped, with even laundry detergent available. Elvis really went out of his way to help us out, which was so nice. We'd highly recommend the space.”
The house with 4 units is located on the Beli Križ hill above Portorož. It is 10 minute walking distance from the beach, the grocery store, bars and city centre. Each unit has its own parking space and terrace. This unit has 1 single bed, bathroom and a refrigerator (no kitchen). In front of the apartment is a terrace where you can enjoy warm summer evenings :)
“Great stay close to Piran! Tisa's one bedroom set up was fully contained - included a bathroom, lovely shared verandah and fridge/kettle. It's a great value option that's only 30 min walk to Piran, and 15 min walk to the Portoroz bus stop where you can get buses to Ljubljana and Postojna Caves. The place was comfortable - the air conditioning was a godsend in the heat :) and Tisa thoughtfully left tea & coffee and a beer in the fridge! Thanks for a great stay, Tisa.”

“My husband and I booked a room at Danilo's apartment as part of our honeymoon trip. His hospitality was amazing as he left some beer and brought us a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. The apartment was really private and cosy and had a TV with hundreds of channels (most importantly for us, English programmes) for when it was rainy and we didn't feel like exploring. Coming down the slope where the house is perched on, you'll see a supermarket across the road so our needs were fully taken care of. To the right would be Piran which may be a bit of a walk to some but otherwise there is a public bus number 1 that takes you to the heart of piran. Now on the left was an area that we only managed to explore on our last night there and it was the town of portoroz with many eateries and a few casinos! For dining, would strongly recommend Neptun restaurant within Pira which was what Danillo recommended us. Super fresh seafood especially their grilled squid which was the best we ever had! Overall, super great stay and hospitality and we would surely stay in Danillo's again should we return to Piran!”
