beautiful accommodation next to supermarket 5 min away , cagliari 20 min away , new accommodation with beautiful amenities there was everything needed and private parking space. Very nice host who offered us local products.

Great location, you can walk to pretty much anywhere in Iglesias and the centre is very very close. We've also enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace of the surrounding green hills. This apartment is great value for money and big too - we made it our home for a month and have been very happy with our choice. Thank you Pascal!

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. Francesca is a wonderful host. We were welcomed with basic groceries and a fridge full of ice cream. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. It is located in a quiet suburb near several supermarkets, a bakery, and cafes. The location is well-connected to roads leading to the beautiful beaches around Cagliari. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you, Francesca, for your hospitality.

A short stay expess but everything was perfect, the owner is really very welcoming he gave us lots of good tips for a great holiday. Everything was prepared with care and the accommodation is tastefully decorated. We hope to be back soon.

Smart house with sky windows were modern and luxurious. I enjoyed the balcony which has a beautiful view of the sea. Rafael was very responsive when I had questions or requested additional linens. I would definitely stay here again!

Within walking distance are a supermarket, restaurants and a municipal market. modern house, with a/c, dishwasher and washer-dryer. furnished with all amenities, comfortable beds, easy parking. recommended as a base for exploring this part of Sardinia. I'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful week staying here. The house was a dream, beautiful garden, several sitting areas, we could always have breakfast outside. The private pool was an absolute highlight :) the house is modern and very lovingly furnished, we felt right at home. Carla is a very nice person and an excellent host, super sweet, very helpful, available at any time, was available to us at all times, and in addition to restaurant tips, arranged us a special table in an excellent restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday party. I would absolutely recommend this place and definitely come back again :)

It was nice staying at the holiday home. The apartment is small but equipped with everything, a quiet area, within walking distance of the center. The host was very helpful and kind. Excellent starting point to visit the surroundings.

i have to thank Jenni and Marco once again for their courtesy, availability and kindness that made us feel completely at home. The property is in a strategic position, close to wonderful coastal stretches and at the same time withdrawn, to enjoy those beautiful silences that Sardinia can offer. We have no doubt in recommending host and home. The only problem for us is that the vacation ended so quickly. But we'll be back!

We enjoyed staying in the beautiful house of Antonio and his family as a group of seven people. The house is equipped with everything your heart desires. We particularly liked the loving furnishings, the great terrace and the pool. We were warmly received from the beginning. Everything was carefully explained and shown to us. We immediately felt comfortable in Antonio's tastefully decorated, clean accommodation. Very large garden with sea view - beautiful. Antonio himself was always available and always responded within a few minutes. Wifi was perfect and unlimited. All rooms with screens and the terrace are also fenced with screens. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable mattresses. An all-round successful holiday without bad surprises.

We spent 10 days as a family of four in Pilar's beautiful apartment and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We had (except for morning, friendly bird chirping) lots of peace and privacy. The view is really fantastic, in the morning you can see the kitesurfers on the beach with an espresso and in the evening you can hear the waves at sunset. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the area, there are very nice beaches within walking distance (we liked the Spiaggia di Sa Colonia best), in about 20 minutes' walk you are by the sea. In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket, but it is advisable to do larger purchases, for example, in Pula. Pilar was always available as a hostess and super friendly. We can highly recommend the apartment. Thanks for a very nice vacation!

Antonella is a helpful and very hospitable host. Her home is a little gem in the heart of the village. You can easily get there because it is in the center of the village and you can easily get around both on foot and by car (it is a few meters from the promenade for a few meters so you can access the large free parking for cars). The house has all comforts : air conditioning; comfortable beds; oven; coffee maker ; washer and dryer ; iron; iron; cleaning supplies, etc. Antonella upon arrival made us find some sweets that my son left, in addition to coffee and other food and drinks and given the presence of our dog also the bowls!! We were particularly impressed by the extreme cleanliness and details of your small apartment. What to say?? Recommended for everyone because it's really great! Sorry to have already left!

The house is large, equipped with all needs (much appreciated large and super equipped kitchen, very enjoyable outdoor spaces, possibility of parking in front of the gate), located in a very quiet and green residential area, close to amenities and streets for the best sea places in the southwest area. Perfect location and accommodation to visit this area of Sardinia, I felt very good. Isabella is very kind and present in case of need, flexible and available also in check-in and check-out operations. Overall a really great experience.

We stayed in Samassi for family reasons and with a one-year-old girl. The host Eleonora provided us with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, and once we entered we found a great welcome with coffee pods, cappuccino, necessary for breakfast and water. The house was small but comfortable and with everything you need, including the camping crib for the child. There is a washer and dryer that we did not need to use but that would surely have been very useful in case of a longer stay. Very clean, tidy and in an easily accessible and quiet location. A special thank you to Eleonora who was very kind, helpful and very present throughout our stay. We'll see you soon. 😊

Apartment upon arrival was spotless. Clean and tidy, a very nice space. It was close to supermarkets and a short drive to Cagliari centre - roughly 15/20mins. Black out blinds are incredible and are truly blackout! Aircon is great in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Washer dryer is great but the dryer isn’t always an option for every item of clothing so a clothes drying rack would benefit the space, along with an iron. Great overall but a couple of small negatives, lack of kitchen knives, only one sharp steak knife and we cooked here on multiple occasions, no clothes drying rack, no iron and minimal coat hangers. Small additions to make it a real 10/10 but the apartment is super clean and tidy and in a good location. We would recommend and we’d stay again knowing what extras we mind need to bring! Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alta Marea. The pictures were gorgeous but didn’t do it justice! We have visited Carloforte many times but this, without a doubt, was our favorite trip. The place is completely stocked, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Can’t wait to come back!
