The pedestrian entrance to the property is a few meters below the street level and continues through a wonderful citrus pergola and a private garden. You can directly enter into the spacious living room from the huge terrace; a small kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathroom are next to it - 1 bathroom with shower and another only with a W.C. and a washbasin . Windows and the patio make the apt bright and airy.
