Amanda was a gem to work with. Always an immediate response. This adorable condo is so squeaky clean (I’m a stickler) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! No back or neck aches 🙌🏻 Highly recommend and will rent again for sure ❤️

This place is so cozy and warm. Definitely homey feeling and convenient to go nearby - downtown and other cities. The local cafe and restaurants are also great! Amazing stay even during cloudy season.

Front door a little finicky but fine. Bring a sleep mask, the lights at the food truck court are super bright. Not the owners fault.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Erik and Autumn’s place in Coeur d’Alene. From the start, they were incredibly flexible and understanding — when I needed to adjust my travel dates to attend my grandmother’s funeral, they made it so easy and stress-free. Their kindness didn’t stop there; they even offered to stock our fridge before arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a difficult time. The space itself was perfect — clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal too, with so many shops, restaurants, and even the beautiful lake within easy walking distance. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful to Erik and Autumn for their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

This Airbnb and the host Wahed were wonderful! My grandchildren “Loved” the game room. The location is great, has everything you need and a beautiful view. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Wahed for being an outstanding host!!

Just wow! ❤️ We’ve been renting thru Airbnb for years and this might be the fav! The home is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous. Short drive after picking up my son at Gonzaga, the adult kids loved having the basement space, kitchenette and living room down there. There are two bedrooms on that level with twins, a twin room and queen room on the main level, and a king upstairs. Everything felt so clean, plenty of nice towels, cozy blankets, more than adequate cookware, including two crockpots. The large windows with lake views are incredible. Lots of toys downstairs as well, and a propane grill. We loved watching the geese and ducks, and saw turkeys and deer. Listened to the frogs in the pond at night. We picked up whiffle ball sets at WalMart and the kids had a blast playing on the lawn. Never saw a neighbor the whole time, it really feels private. Good communication with host. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jean!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Coeur d’Alene, with great coffee shops, restaurants, and the lake all nearby. Great for runners! The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kris was also very responsive!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

Ana Luisa's place was peaceful and so comfortable. Felt right at home! The interior has been remodeled and updated which adds to the calm, clean, fresh vibe. The location is wonderful and I really just can't say enough good things about the place and about Ana Luisa's responsiveness! 5 stars. Stay here!

The view is definitely the star of this stay. It was too cold for us to really explore the trail and such but I loved that you could see the river from almost every room. The house was comfortable and nice. The floor and pots and pans could have been a little cleaner but most of the place was clean. I really enjoyed the large bathtub!

Great place to stay if looking for a little bit of a remote getaway without being too far from a city. Garry and Kathy were great hosts. Lake access + provided kayaks are definitely the biggest perk of this Airbnb! I would recommend staying here.

Plenty of space for our family of five. We commuted to a volleyball tournament in Spokane for the weekend and the drive was about 30 minutes to the convention center. Not too bad at all. Really quiet as well even though it’s above the shops. Really clean and lots of blankets. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at Camela's place. The condo was clean and bed was comfy. It was easy to walk to Sherman for dinner & breakfast, and it felt safe walking at night. The neighborhood was quiet and the condo had everything we needed. We'd stay here again!

We spent two weeks at Jennifer’s place in Coeur d’Alene, visiting family and friends. Their place is a gem—spacious and luminous. It’s conveniently located near everything in town and just a short walk to the Spokane River. I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.
