We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.

One of the few properties grandfathered into the water, you can fish off the dock or feed the ducks and geese who swim up to be feed. Ten minutes from Downtown, you can be as social or private as you like. Interact with other boaters, wake boarders, or jet skiers, or remain in your own peaceful haven . Children are welcome ! it’s a wonderland of adventure in the surrounding area. Dogs by arrangement .

Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.
