In Winkelhaid there are two supermarkets, one of them with a baker and butcher, so nothing stands in the way of self-catering.

Loderbach is a quiet place with very good transport links: - 3 minutes to the Neumarkt highway ramp (A3) - 5 minutes to Neumarkt - 30 minutes to Nuremberg - 35 minutes to Regensburg

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. 12 Kilometer von der A 9 Ausfahrt Allersberg. Zum Rothsee 12 Km. RMD Kanal 4,5 Km. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 600 Metern ( Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermärkte). Sehr schöner Marktplatz mit guten Speiselokalen 500 Meter entfernt.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks. A washing machine and dryer are also included. The approx. 15 sqm terrace adjoins the private entrance to the apartment, which invites you to relax or barbecue. The S-Bahn [suburban train] can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.
