Monthly Rentals in Potassa

We stayed at "laoro" for five days (four nights) and had a very good time. The owners are friendly, they gave us all the useful information for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is sheltered and very peaceful. The house is comfortable and clean. We had our large dog with us and we found no difficulty. There is Lake Accesa nearby, very comfortable, but in any case we were not too far from the beaches of Follonica. Great experience.

Lovely stay and wonderful apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. Lovely Tuscan view from the windows. They have the best quilt! Bed cover. It was so nice. Warm and breathable. It wasn’t the cleanest shower, in need of ventilation. It was a quiet area and we really got a Tuscany feeling and vibe. We think it was a bit pricey compared to the location (you need a car, little public transportation, 30 minutes from Siena), not so clean shower and a bit greasy kitchen. But other than that a wonderful and romantic apartment. The hosts were nice and helpful. We can only recommend it.

La Casina nella Contrada is simply delightful: in the center of Caldana, from which you can reach - without worrying about parking and traffic - the sea (Cala Violina, Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia etc.) and the art cities of the area. The kitchen is very well-stocked and suitable for cooking even beyond simple breakfast. The bedroom, on the upper floor (with the bathroom, brand new) is very comfortable and pretty and, despite its facing a very central (and potentially noisy) area, we slept without problems.

Barbara and her husband are very kind and caring guests, attentive to every need. The house is very comfortable, very clean, furnished with care and taste. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher. We slept very well thanks to the spacious and very comfortable bed and quiet area. The garden in front of the house is very well-kept, full of plants and flowers, and fenced, so also suitable for those who have a dog (like us). We also enjoyed the garden using the barbecue available! The house is located in a very quiet countryside area but not far from the beautiful beaches (Follonica, Punta Ala, etc.) and beautiful medieval villages.
