A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high standard (approx. 90 sqm). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabin sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore clairaudient). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there is an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. In spring 2020 we acquired the property, it has 5 holiday homes. This one, number 7/1, was just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now we look forward to seeing you! The sunny cottage is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catching the sun for you and holding it (hopefully all the time ;) ) for you. The sunny cottage has a living room, the kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.

Our house is located only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a protected landscape area . There is a direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but which is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

Our apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme lake area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursion possibilities can be reached very quickly. (Forest walks, natural bathing beaches, boats & fishing trips, trips to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the city of Berlin) Shopping, bakeries, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, are within walking distance. The cottage 1+2 is located on its own property with 1000 m² . The cottages have an area of approx. 43m². It is about 50 m to the swimming beach. Restaurants are very close to Greek about 50 m German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy about 600 m. To the train station about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes in the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes in Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.

Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property.
