This is a beautiful, renovated old building in the heart of Potsdam. It is located in the 4th floor and is 65 square meters in size. There is one bedroom with double bed, a living room with balcony, which is so large that you can comfortably sit in pairs on it. The fully renovated bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has everything a kitchen needs so equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery and various utensils, and some things of basic necessities such as coffee, tea, spices are available and can be used. There is a dining table in the kitchen with overlooking to potsam and then another one in the living room. The living room also has a couch where a third person could sleep comfortably. Furthermore, there is a TV and wifi. The apartment is located quiet, and nevertheless centrally. To Sanssouci Park with historic buildings, there are only 5 minutes. Also in the downtown pedestrian zone and many shops, you will be within 5 minutes. The Dutch Quarter and many other historic sights are nearby. Potsdam is also known for its many parks and lakes. With a bike you would be within 15 minutes at the Heiliger See with good water quality for swimming and inviting. The Potsdam Central Station offers easy access to Berlin by train or regional train. The city center of Berlin, it takes about 30 minutes by local train. The apartment can be rent for shorter stays or even weekly or monthly rental. Feel free to ask if you need more informations. The cozy city center with the idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, whereby the path leads through the historic old town.

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
