I'm going to make a list of the main post and “against” we found. And I put it against quotation marks because it depends on your focus for the tour; your style etc Post: 1 - DEFINITELY The house VIEW is number 1! A breathtaking view. Just wonderful. 2 - Adriana communication/response time: excellent! 3 - the house is even more beautiful (well decorated and very cozy) than the photos show. It has everything: covered; duvet; towels; soap; toilet paper; sink soap; pots; dishes; household utensils. 4 - homemade MIL note! Davi and his family are wonderful. Everything we need during our stay was taken care of (heating the hot tub; repairing a clogged sink and even vegetable garden salad he provided us!) 5 - be able to ride through the Serra da Mantiqueira using the horses of the property!!! It was a wonderful walk. We have an 8-year-old daughter and she LOVED it. The 2-year-old daughter also played with the horse; she climbed on it for photos and to cuddle. In addition to horses, there are dogs, chickens, and birds of all kinds around the property. Now the “contras”: 1 - City (despite the PHENOMENAL view), you will NOT be close to Monte Verde or to civilization so to speak. It really is perfect for those who want to disconnect from everything and everyone, and it is not focused on Monte Verde. The nearest pharmacy was almost an hour away. It is about 18 to 20 km from the house but it is a road without asphalt; with many holes and curves that you can not go fast. I had to drive between 20 and 30km per hour and for those who don't know the area you can't go above that. Some areas I drove at 10km/h. I also do not recommend leaving the house at night because it is even more difficult to drive since there is no phone signal that you take and does not have internet/ gps (and the streets have no lighting). 2 - Despite the practicality of being able to ride a horse on the property, the price of the tour is $100 per person. In Monte Verde you pay for the same amount of hours of touring half of that (in fact, we paid $40% off but the original price was $50). The difference of the tours is the view, after all the tour that the house offers you is surrounded by the Serra da mantiqueira (mountains) and that goes to the ride of Monte Verde you will be with the view of the city (cars and houses) 3 - the hot tub was not originally included in the description of the house as being the part. They simply mentioned that there was the hot tub (and therefore expected it to be used), but after booking the house, we received information in private conversation that there was an additional fee for using it (to pay for gas to heat up water). After speaking with Airbnb about the amount charged aside (which was not part of the house description), Airbnb contacted Adriana and resolved the situation. We use the hot tub without extra fee, but only after talking to Airbnb. This fee should be clearly described in the home description or included in the total amount. So there are no surprises like it was for us. 4 - When arriving at the property, right at the entrance is the housekeeper's house. After picking up the key with it you will have to go up a street WITHOUT asphalt; and VERY steep. I tried 3x and I couldn't. The car just didn't go up; it just skated. I went back to the beginning and on the fourth attempt we got it! It would be nice if that climb was asphalted, because it rains you never in the life you can climb there. 5 - on the last day the internet did not work; it did not spoil our stay but I was unable to communicate with Adriana to let you know we were leaving. But since there's the caretaker there, it didn't make a big difference. Conclusion: If your focus is not Monte Verde and you want a place of peace and connection with nature this place is for you. Township come prepared to climb a lot of saw with car; bring medicine; meats and food; and have a super adorable stay on top of the mountains with the always very helpful help of the housekeeper and his family. And delight in all the organic greenery collected right there on the property and don't forget to book a few hours on the network with one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen.

Very welcoming home, true to the listing description. Leticia super quick to respond and guide us. Highlight for the creek noise, hot tub bath and fresh air. We love it!

We had great days in the house above the clouds. The house is on the top of the mountain, making a border with the native forest. The atmosphere of the house and region is unique, with a breathtaking view of the mountains and native forest. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are very good, with a beautiful view. Comfortable and clean towel and bed linen. The house has a super-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook and a room integrated with the outdoor area, with a beautiful view! Danielle was super attentive and helpful. The bedrooms and living room do not have curtains. For me this is a good thing, to be able to wake up and sleep following the cycle of nature…but for some, it may be something to consider. The way to the house is ok for all cars, but it requires attention on the steering wheel… it is necessary to go up in first or second gear, with a certain speed and constancy, making the corners as open as possible and always speeding up… never stop in the middle of the ascent, because depending on the car, you will not have power to rise again…

Our stay was amazing. Even before our arrival in Efigênia was super considerate of all our doubts. When we arrived we were delighted with the chalet, very beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. Apart from the beautiful very clean, smells and very organized. The utensils are new, the pans are new, everything new! The view from the cottage we stood was beautiful. We made a barbecue at night and we enjoyed it a lot, they even offered charcoal, I thought it was amazing. The only defect is having to leave, because we love it. Ah, the wonderful hydromassage, warm shower and the night even though it is high there is not so cold, we are very well warmed. Me and my husband love and we will definitely return! I spent the weekend there, and it was absolutely amazing, everything was impeccable, clean and we even had pampering, an immense dedication, both Ju and her father were extremely attentive. the house and the view is wonderful, it is of immense peace. we're already crazy to come back and we'll be there soon again

Excellent house. A place to stay at peace. You have an unobstructed view of the pool area, with no property in front. Very nice pool. Simple and comfortable house. The kitchen is complete. Quick communication. Easy-to-reach house, exact access information. Next door is a supermarket with everything you need.

Very spacious house, organized, with all the necessary utensils, only the pool left a little to be desired, but I imagine this is due to the strong winds the day before, but in no way did this discredit the place. Cristiane was very attentive and helpful, and helped us with what we needed.

An excellent experience for those who like peace and a quiet place to enjoy nature, and enjoy the benefits of the garden like the garden, the lake and the pool. Impeccable house, a breathtaking view! It's been a really nice day. The whole experience was sensational! I have no words to describe Valéria, extremely solicitous, nice and a full-handed cook. Our lunches and breakfasts were delicious! Super recommend! The regional tb comidinhas are delicious! In addition, they picked us up from a rendezvous point, which was very good, because the way from the rendezvous point is more complicated. We went with a Honda fit, it was reasonably easy to reach the site, but with rains I think only 4x4 They also guided us to a beautiful waterfall! Jenniffer was very attentive and asks, always ready for any questions. All clean and taken care of with affection and attention. The hut is actually very cozy and perfect for resting.

We stayed 3 days at this wonderful farm, the accommodations and external view are more beautiful than in the photos, we loved it!!! Everything is very clean and well maintained! It's certainly worth it! What we missed was a dish towel in the kitchen (there was only 1), and also the information to take trash bags, we always take one or two as a precaution but in other accommodations that I have stayed in, they are usually available, which helps guests to organize themselves. The beds are ok, but the extra mattresses for sleeping on the floor are thin, so if you are in groups in addition to the amount of bed it is good to know that whoever sleeps on the floor will probably wake up with back pain. And finally, about 4 dogs entered the backyard of the house these days, and since we brought our Pets we were worried but they are nice, we had no problems, but it generates a little tension. I'd advise closing the fence a little more. Anyway, there are improvements to be made, but it was really worth it! Wonderful pool, starry night. Perfect

Without words, I felt like I was in paradise. Beautiful place, wonderful house, with everything I needed, I used the wood stove, which is a plus for those who love the countryside. The pool is beautiful and delightful. I want to come back soon and I want my whole family to have the opportunity to enjoy Veredas da Mantiqueira. Very nice place, organized, clean and fragrant. It far exceeded expectations and is much better than in the photos. We spent very quiet days, to the sound of birds and feeling completely at peace. The only thing I would give 98% is that from the residence you can hear the sound of cars passing by on the highway. But nothing to disrupt the stay. The other couple who was with us didn't even notice it. Roseni and Joana are super proactive, concerned about everything from things in the house to things to do around. We really liked it.

Great reception. Matheus always responded to all messages and very quickly. The accommodation is Great for a family stay. All very clean and organized. The kids and adults had a lot of fun.

Aguinaldo is very attentive and explanatory about the details of the house and how to get there. It is important to be aware of the path if it is on a rainy day, I recommend taking the dirt road after an asphalt road that google maps itself sends (I was able to arrive with my little one quietly, even if it is dirt, it is possible to pass) It's a home that exceeded my expectations! Not to mention the view that is sensational and with a very calm atmosphere! I would come back easily!

The farm is great, very well equipped! We went in a group of friends and had no difficulty cooking for many people! A relevant positive point is that the leisure area is very extensive and has a sound system. Another point I would like to highlight is that even with the sound playing, in the house you practically don't hear anything.

I want to leave here my review as a guest. The place is wonderful and corresponds to exactly what is in the pictures, I would say that in person is even better. We were in 11 adults 3 children, who formed four families. For me the differential was the privacy of each room, each family stayed in its little corner, making the stay more private. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely clean and smelling. The gourmet area space is excellent and super well equipped, with appliances, crockery and cutlery. The wonderful, large pool, children and adults had a lot of fun. The countryside was a spectacle apart, beautiful landscapes, birds such as toucans, canaries, kissing flowers, made the sky even more beautiful. Anyway, if what you are looking for is the pure air of the countryside, the tranquility and the beautiful landscapes, added to a cozy, clean and well equipped space, this house is definitely what you are looking for. I want to leave here tbm my 1000 note for Eloá and their parents, wonderful n Hosts.
