The place is incredibly surrounded by mountains, for any of the angles the view is incredible. The house has two floors, the spa is on the upper floor and has a panoramic view. You can hire a UTV tour. The route runs through our region, which is surrounded by mountains, we pass by buffaloes and rivers.

Chalet Bela Vista da Serra Negra — with hot tub

A perfect place for days of rest and relaxation with a warm hot tub overlooking the Mantiqueira mountains. The chalet is located on top of a hill, with a privileged 360° panoramic view of the Mantiqueira Mountains. We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Our space is ideal for those who want to rest from their daily routine.

The House of Jurumirim's dam

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. We have trails inside the woods, many lakes and a wonderful waterfall, all within the site that is just 60 km from São Paulo! Access is via the Regis Bittencourt highway, in the Palmeirinha neighborhood. There is a short stretch of dirt road (1.9 km), but an ordinary car is sufficient, even in rainy periods.
