Majô's house is located just a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach and a 25-minute walk to the historic center, making it possible to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the hustle and bustle of the center. In the neighborhood, there is a bakery and small markets. The beach is mangrove, the cradle of marine life, and so it has shallow and calm waters, offering the perfect conditions for stand up and kayaking. There are several kiosks where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks with your feet in the sand.

A lamp line illuminates the garden. Starlink Wi-Fi 🚀 🚗 Parking: 1) I PROVIDE A CAR SPOT in a parking lot 270 meters from home. 2) The street of the house goes around the Historic Center, then passes the car and it is possible to stop in front of the house. And the sea? 150 meters, at the end of the street.

The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. Casa do Beija-Flor is located in Saco de Mamanguá (left side), “embraced” by native Atlantic Forest and set back about 300 meters from the resident Caiçara population. Built of masonry and wood, it has two decks with excellent views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Because it is a preserved forest, it is home to some animal species such as opossums, lizards, squirrels and insects (including many hummingbirds!). The tip is to just observe them and, if necessary, use body repellents.
