The barn, where the loft is, was moved from Cody where it was the old feed store. Cozy space. Sit by the pond and relax or walk around the landscaped property visiting with the animals. We are in a quiet neighborhood, but close to town to enjoy the restaurants and little shops that line main street. Only 20 minutes to the Bighorn Mountains, enjoy beautiful scenery, hiking or picnicing or a guided trail ride. Yellowtail Reservoir offers fishing and hunting opportunities only minutes away.

*please read entire listing before booking, so you know what to expect!* This sheep wagon is completely off the grid. No AC/heat. There is an outhouse as well as a shower house. The shower house is attached to a black water tank. The water heats up with the sun. If it’s a hot day, the water will be warm by the end of the day. If the weather is cool, the water won’t heat up as much. Just make sure to enjoy the water by the end of the day, because it will cool off when the sun goes down!

We live one mile from downtown so you can enjoy a leisurely stroll to visit shops or dine out. Local attractions include: Buffalo Bill Center of the West Museum, Buffalo Bill's Irma Hotel, Old Trail Town, Chief Joseph scenic hwy/Beartooth Pass, and the Cody Stampede Rodeo every night from June - August. We are also a short 45 minute drive to the east gate of Yellowstone.

Cozy up in our nest after exploring the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Burrowed in town with mature trees & looking out on a pasture behind, we are a quick 5min drive to Cody's downtown. It’s a comfortable space, ideal for shorter stays where you still want more charm than a hotel. This is our home! Through the main entrance, the bulk of the main floor has been converted into a private studio (appx 800sq ft) while we live in the remainder of the house & in our backyard. STR-C-014-R2-4-S
