Monthly Rentals in Powells Point

Really enjoyed our stay at Beachy Keen Studio. It was easy to get to and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The studio was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The visits from Savage, the cat, really put it over the top. We recommend it and would stay there again if we visit the OBX area again.

Adorable home, just what you need for a quick trip and very close to almost anything you could want from the Outer Banks - beach, kayaking, restaurants, shopping, excursions, etc.! Got to meet Landry and one of his dogs Lacey and they were super friendly, I would definitely recommend staying at Swanyay for your next trip!

Tammy’s Place is absolutely adorable!! It’s private and quiet. The home is immaculate. Lots of good old fashioned Knick knacks. The location is perfect!! The host was quick and very responsive. Will definitely come back to this charming home!!!

I have so many good things to say about Craig’s guesthouse. First of all, the views are amazing! I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. Such a unique little bungalow! I needed a getaway for just me, myself, and I and I felt very comfortable staying by myself in the guesthouse. Don’t hesitate on this one! Nice quiet location but close enough to the outer banks for food or activities. Definitely recommend and Craig was an amazing host. He gave specific directions and was there when I needed to call on him once during my stay.
