Monthly Rentals in Pozo

This place was beautiful!! And it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! Our friends loved it as well and we were able to hang out comfortably and play games in the living room area! It was spacious and cozy!! Santa Margarita was very small but has a great coffee shop and antique store! We drove a short way to Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo old town for a fun afternoon of exploring! I would highly recommend this Airbnb for a great stay near some great areas! Our friends who joined us live in Paso Robles which is a convenient distance from many fun things to do! Thank you Diann!!

My husband and I had a delightful stay in Joshua's beautiful RV! It was nice and private, and we loved being on the family farm, seeing the chickens and the outdoor kitties who were extremely friendly. We felt right at home in the beautiful surroundings, and we will definitely be staying here in the future if we find ourselves in Arroyo Grande again. The RV was very spacious and had the basic necessities for us to cook the food that we brought. Joshua went above and beyond when we notified him that there was no working toaster oven, and within 10 minutes he had sent someone to bring us an air frying microwave oven that suited our needs. I researched a lot of airbnbs in Arroyo Grande before deciding on Joshua's RV. I found that it was the most affordable option, and it was also sincerely the best option because in an RV you have all the benefits of being in a private suite complete with kitchen, living room space, bedroom, and even a warm shower! It was a wonderful vacation spot for us!

I've stayed in several great Airbnb's over the years and Kelsea's Artist Studio is my favorite separate space so far. I stayed for two months and it is thoughtfully appointed with everything needed to be comfortable, including the bed and good WIFI. The studio is private so I didn't feel awkward or "in someone's space." Kelsea was very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful, quiet and safe, close to town and easy to head north or south. If this Artist Studio is on your radar I give it a hearty thumbs up.

We loved Sandy's place! We didn't realize Arroyo Grande had so much farm land, so that was a surprise, but it ended up making for a very quiet and peaceful stay. The place was cozy and comfortable with ample sleeping areas. Our pups were comfortable and accommodated. And the grounds were fenced in, so our pups loved walking freely and, respectfully, exploring the resident animals. When we ran into them outside, Sandy and Jorge were friendly and helpful, and their pups Shadow and Rusty were curious, but friendly! We had no major complaints, we loved it and would stay again!
