Modern studio apartament close to the beach (4)

Located in the southern side of "El Rodadero", which is a residential area for locals, a very peaceful area of the city. You have beach access just one block away! there is a supermarket right next to us. You have one double bed and our sofa turns into 2 additional beds when needed. TV and wifi available. Very restaurants in the area. Access is with a code we will send. The condo is in a very small building without a reception, which makes it perfect for guests who prefer their privacy.

Disfruta de bellos atardeceres y de una zona tranquila con un espacio privado en la playa y de todo lo necesario en una excelente ubicación. 3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, 1 Estudio acondicionado como habitacion con TV y ventilador de alta potencia ( espacio abierto sin puerta),3 baños con ducha, cocina, dos balcones, sala amplia. You have direct access to the beach by walking a couple of minutes. Located in Reserva del Mar with good access to/from the airport and the city that mixes the comforts of relaxation with the local culture. Right on the first floor are exotic restaurants serving local food. If you want to get closer to the traditions you can enjoy the local fish a short distance away. There they will offer you fresh fish at a fair price to delight your palate while supporting local communities.
