Vacation rentals with a sauna in Pozos Colorados

The place is very cozy, Sebastian was always very attentive and the communication with him was excellent. We spent a very special family time, we go with pleasant memories of Santa Marta. Thank you Sebastian for having us at this place!

Summer’s place is fantastic! Aside from the festivities over the Easter weekend, it was nice and quiet. The pool is huge and never busy. The beach, along with shops and restaurants, are all within easy walking distance. The unit looks just like the photos. It was a perfect place for our week long stay. The only challenge was the lack of hot water - made for chilly showers!

Fabulous location in downtown Santa Marta near shops and restaurants as well as the beaches. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool. We valued having reception in the building as well, made check in very simple. Occasionally it was a little noisy as the condo is on the ground floor, but overall we absolutely loved our stay and would come again!

We stayed for a week and everything was excellent, the super comfortable apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the building has beautiful pools, the staff is very friendly, the area where it is located is safe you feel very comfortable, you get to the super fast beach, you have its own awning area for the beach that only reservations you do not have to pay anything extra, there is only a few minutes away a super cute shopping center, with supermarket shops restaurants, the truth is we are all in love. Of course we would come back!!

We really loved staying at this apartment. It was the perfect location for a family, with all the amenities of the AC Marriott, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a common area with kitchen to hang out. We loved spending time at the pool and the buffet breakfast was excellent and so convenient (approx $12 USD).

The flat was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for beach access, and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The only thing we felt was missing was shower gel, Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Santa Marta!"

It is a great option for those looking for tranquility and comfort near the sea. The apartment had a room, ideal for a couple or a single stay, and was fully equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room and a small balcony with a nice ocean view. Everything was clean and well kept, which made my experience very comfortable. The location is strategic: in a quiet part of the Salguero neighborhood, but a few minutes by car from the Rodadero and other points of interest. I would definitely stay there again.

Really a cozy, nice, clean loft with an excellent location. I would definitely recommend and the very dear host allowed us to check in before the set time.

Excellent apartment. Very comfortable and with everything one needs. It is located walkable distances from the beach and Zazué, where you can find different options of restaurants. It's next to the Mercure and the Hilton, which makes it a good option if you want to go and take advantage of the breakfast buffet they offer. We had a small inconvenience with the door, but in expressing the complaint with Sandra, she was super friendly and attentive and managed to resolve the issue. The building has several amenities of which some have to book such as jacuzzi and sauna/turco. The pool is free to access from 12PM, so if you want to go before it is not open. We would definitely come back to stay in the apartment! Thank you so much

To start the apartment and the residential complex as such SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very friendly from the beginning, being aware of the whole family even of the dogs. They helped us in every aspect so that the stay was as comfortable as possible. In addition, we travel early and managed in the best way to manage to deliver the apartment ahead of time for our greater comfort. 100%RECOMMENDED

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! Jhon and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering thoughtful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. He was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. But the real highlight was the view – truly breathtaking! Evenings spent on the balcony watching the sunsets were nothing short of magical. Our experience truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay for families! We loved being right on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. So few people are very quiet there. The pool is also close by which is easy with the kids. The accommodation is very large, the rooms very comfortable. Grocery stores are a bit far away, though. Christina is very responsive when we have questions. Loved our stay and would love to go back.
