My family of 5 enjoyed this place so much! comfy place to stay in, comfortable beds. It’s indeed lovely 3 bedrooms apt. Host is super nice, always attentive to me. And kind enough to allow early check in. The apt even has walking stick and umbrella ( so handy for elderly folks and on a rainy day ) .. checked in with welcome notes, chocolates, and tourist to-do/tourist to-go leaflets .. such caring host ! highly recommend this place ! Belle expérience pour un nouveau AirB&B. Notre hôte a été extrêmement prévenante tant à notre arrivée (avec beaucoup de flexibilité et un sympathique petit vin Valaisan) qu'au cours de notre séjour. L emplacement est finalement idéal (avec une voiture) et permet en quelques kilomètres de filer en Italie ou de visiter (et skier ou se balader) dans les magnifiques stations familiales que sont Vichères, La Foulie et Champex Lac. Pour ceux qui connaissent, ce sont des endroits top (familiaux). L'appartement est d'un style assez montagnard mais bien équipé et chauffé. Et notre hote est toujours disponible pour toute demande. Local à ski et box (ouvert) pour la voiture. Top. Bref, nous recommandons ce logement qui convient bien à un couple avec 2 enfants (les notres sont des ados de 14 et 15 ans).

Niché au coeur d'un petit village, le chalet est très agréable. De très beaux espaces, nous étions 13 et c'était magique.

Appartamento grande, comodo per 4 ma anche per 6 persone. Pulitissimo! Con parcheggio. Cucina attrezzata. Ampio spazio riparato per appoggiare le scarpe al rientro da una giornata in montagna e piccolo terrazzo con vista. Proprietari gentili. Si raggiunge facilmente con un'ampia strada di montagna. Non c'è un negozio di alimentari in zona, ma scendendo a 3 minuti in macchina c'è un mini negozio con tutto e supermercati più grandi. In macchina si riesce ad arrivare ovunque (l'autostrada e la statale sono vicine) per fare passeggiate e visitare la regione. Il paese è un dedalo di vie da esplorare. Per noi ottima scelta!

Vi var i vinterferien 8 piger, som havde lejet Pias lejlighed, og den levede 100% op til forventningerne. Lejligheden fungerede super godt, og alt var, som det var vist på billederne. Lejligheden ligger med mulighed for ski in - ski out, hvilket var rigtig dejligt, og derfor tæt på liften. Derudover gik bussen lige ude foran næsten, hvilket var rigtig smart, når vi skulle ind til Val d’Isere centrum. De eneste udfordringer, vi havde, var, at ovnen ikke fungerede optimalt, da den ikke kunne tændes, og vi var nødt til at vaske alt service i køkkenet op, da vi kom, da det ikke var rent. Trods dette kan vi varmt anbefale Pias lejlighed, og vi vil klart anbefale den videre til andre

Wunderschönes liebevoll gepflegtes Flusshaus. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Das Haus gemütlich und bietet so viele Möglichkeiten. Besonders toll sind die Aussenanlage mit Blick auf den Fluss, Terasse, Wiese, Grill, Pizzaofen, Tische, Stühle etc. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Strasse die auf der anderen Seite direkt am Haus vorbei geht. Sie ist nicht viel befahren, aber wenn, kommen die Autos schnell. Mit kleinen Kindern ist vorsicht geboten.

Livia’s apartment suited my teenage daughter and I really well. It is on the third floor of a small block of apartments, an easy and pleasant walk to the lifts up to the ski area via a small woodland. Lovely brand new bathroom with an excellent shower as well as a very good washer dryer. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice views from the balcony out into fields and then up to the mountains . Livia was really friendly and responsive and also very flexible as we navigated the disruptions of a big snow storm. Recommended!

Un maravilloso apartamento con persianas!! Con todo lo necesario para hacer vida. Una terraza para disfrutar de un cafe mañanero donde veras bajar y subir ardillas. Las habitaciones son perfectas. Y la ducha un lujo, totalmente renovado. La ubicación en zermatt maravillosa sin ruido y a 2 minutos andando del meollo. Totalmente recomendable y volveríamos sin duda. Muchas gracias!!!
