The house in a new neighborhood near the center and 800 meters from the beach and proceed to the supermarket etc. In the leisure area we have a pergolato illuminated swimming pool, gourmet with table, freezer, electric barbecue, stove and bathroom. A large garden where you can take your pet and parking. Inside the house you find a super equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine, electric iron, microwave and blender etc. Four air-conditioned rooms, TV room with wifi and 3 bathrooms.
