Relax and have fun with the whole family at this place. The sea is a 3-minute walk from the house (300 meters) and there is also a private pool! Unlike other locations in the region, this house offers privacy with the gourmet area and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of you and your family. The street is the best in the condominium, with access to the first walkway to the beach, a children's playground with a zip line and a lot of tranquility. The rooms have air-conditioning, as well as great beds (one king and one queen size).

Very well located house/loft, close to the center (100 mts) and the beach of the pier (200 mts). Ideal for those looking for quiet, peace and interaction with nature. Here everything is made on foot for being close to the best beaches and commerce, such as markets, bakeries and restaurants. Functional and complete house, with all kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens. New furniture and utensils. We have a place to park the car on the lawn to access the house.
