We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

GREAT LOCATION, NO EXIT STREET AND INNS AROUND. DECORATED, CLEAN AND VERY WELL-KEPT HOUSE.

It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or listen to loud music, under penalty of a fine and contract termination in case of non-compliance with the rules. We provide a trusted employee, who can be hired separately for cooking and cleaning services. Split air-conditioning in all rooms.

The house is on single-family land. It is not a condominium, with all its internal and external areas made available only to tenants. It is very nice and easy to maintain, has everything nearby and is well equipped. It is 80 meters from Geribá beaches and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It's on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with pool and barbecue over the sea of Geribá.
