We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. It is very nice and easy to maintain, has everything nearby and is well equipped. It is 80 meters from Geribá beaches and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It's on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with pool and barbecue over the sea of Geribá.
