New house restored, keeping some details of the old villa. It is on the 1st floor of the house, with access through the patio to the outdoor backyard. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city and the islands of S. Jorge e Pico. It is a T1, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and common room.
