The flat is exactly like in the pictures, with an amazing and very well located view, we would walk to the beach and Rua das Pedras. Great service at reception. We felt at home!

We stayed 5 friends during and the experience was excellent! The apartment is located in the center, surrounded by restaurants, bars and with everything needed a few blocks away. Also, it includes very useful items for the beach such as towels, umbrella and a heladerita, a great plus! Thalita was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay, and we especially want to highlight her flexibility since due to a delay in our flight, she allowed us to check out an hour later, which was very helpful. We would come back and highly recommend this place without hesitation!

My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience staying at Flat. We were on a honeymoon, and the hostess, Ifigenia, was very kind and attentive to greeting us, leaving us a coffee table. The space is cozy and very practical, with everything needed for a comfortable and quiet stay. It is very well located, about 15 minutes walk to Rua das Pedras, and is well served by means of public transport and essential shops, such as bakeries, grocery and even restaurants. It is a place that we recommend for those who want to get to know Búzios and have a great experience with hosting.
