It has a 6-meter swimming pool, a barbecue in the outdoor area, two TV rooms, one on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor. All three bedrooms with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, one of them is on the lower floor, which helps in case of need for accessibility. Spacious bathrooms, one of them en-suite.
