I already knew the vicinity, I have stayed other times around the surroundings, but the Magno's apt is excellent, everything the same as the photos, everything clean, smelly, well organized, you think everything in the lrs kitchen, everything is well preserved. A wonderful view, a good hotel. And the Magno always on readiness, responds super fast, whatever you need, is there to help you, friendly and polite. So we had a wonderful, quiet hedging, the family loved it. Super recommend, and we will return more often, as soon as possible, without a doubt!!!

The apartment was extremely clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds and pillows, good shower and black-out in the rooms. Kitchen items needed for what we needed. Jadson always helpful, gave us all the necessary information. The personnel of the gatehouse, especially Cristina, tb were very kind. The sea of that Itaparica region is agitated, but there are good nearby kiosks and a good playground on the beach for children. Tb there is market and casafruti very close by. The tb building has a very helpful little place. In short, comfortable apartment, good location and cordial host.

Tainá provided all the very well explained information about check in and stay in the house. There was an unforeseen shower burn, but we were promptly attended and explained when they could fix it. For personal reasons, I had to advance my ticket and cancel the last day of the stay, my request being promptly answered for the return of the unused night.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

Super quiet place, we slept with the sound and the sea breeze, the lagoon is also super close and a delight to enjoy both day and night, the house is well equipped and very comfortable, Paulo and Andressa were very dear and helped us with everything we needed, a very good couple that we will carry in our hearts! The house was clean, with all the accessories mentioned, bedding, well-size pool, which was cleaned tb during our stay. Despite being in a place of little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes away from Sereia and Setiba beach and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha is with good structure on the beaches. Great promenade!

I loved the space, in front of the beach the apartment was super smelling when I arrived. The check in was easy to carry out those responsible for the building many polite and helpful. A beautiful view, waking up and sleeping in the waves noise is wonderful. The building's pool is also a beautiful space. I'll come back more often
