I loved staying in Marta's apartment. It is very well located for those who are touring. Both the crafts pavilion and the Pajuçara feirinha are practically ahead. It has several restaurants, and the Cameroon Emperor is well ahead. There is also the Frutos Goiás sorveteria, which offers different flavors. Marta was very kind to allow me to stay a few more hours.

The truth is that Tati is an excellent host, very quick to respond to concerns and was very accommodating. Even a bathroom pipe is punctured and I fix it quickly. Tati is very helpful and the apartment has nice location. Very happy with the stay there.

Very nice accommodation, super quiet neighborhood, safe and easy to access . We love it! Everything impeccable and wonderful. Indico and I will be back again for sure. The host is a sweetheart .

The apartment is extremely clean and organized. It has everything to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. I saw that you will put air conditioning in the room...it will be sensational! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable...maybe leaving a single mattress available would be better. The region is excellent, very close to the best location on Ponta Verde beach. Great apartment ( wide and airy and everything we need) to stay a few days. Well centralized, close to everything ( markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the waterfront with its sounds and sights. The staff of the building are friendly and helpful. E Mrs. Cristina and her family, complete the delightful reception. Loved it.

I rented the 2 apartments! The 1004 needs to change the urgent stove, have defects and not be able to do anything! The 1003, the air-conditioning did not work 100% and needs a nice clean! The rest was ok!

Kitchen with all necessary utensils and in great condition, the bedroom, living room and gourmet area are perfect, bathroom … We'll be back other times. Telma always responded quickly and also gave us amazing tips on places to go. I highly recommend the apartment. We loved it too much. You can't help but like it!!!!!!

The only part that I think could be more obvious was that the jacuzzi and the sauna pays a separate amount to be used, but taking everything away flawless and Fernando left a treat for when we arrived
