Opening the door and facing this sea view was a surreal experience. Daniele was very helpful in taking our doubts about the apartment and directions about the city and commuting. The decor of the apartment is of extreme good taste, comfortable bed and with a view worthy of any dream vacation. The balcony missed you. We will definitely return!

Hello guys really very grateful for the welcome conforming to the stay,exelente apartment very cozy and well equipped with quality and style. We spent a month no longer feeling the owners of the same.jaja. we have enjoyed the pool, gym, game rooms. The location is very good for the safety and proximity to the sea. Without a doubt we are going back to the same place ,highlighting Iaisa and her people the warm welcome and the service provided. We have an exelente vacation!!!!!!! we will return safely. Firstly praise the hostess and her brother André who have always been very helpful to me and my family. Secondly, the space is undoubtedly very good, even better than it looks in the photos. Very new and super clean apartment. It could also not help to praise the staff of the building who were very polite to us especially the Fernandes concierge. I definitely indicate the place.

The apartment is great, cleanliness, space, working appliances, wonderful air conditioning. Simply an apt show, close to the waterfront, to markets, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, a budget box right next door. Anderson is a great host, communication, politeness and kindness are with him. When you return to Maceió, we will stay at Anderson's apartment.

Great apartment in an enviable location in Maceio. Current construction work next door does impact the stay in terms of view, noise and the atmosphere in the rooftop, but this is all outlined in Maria's description. Nonetheless I would recommend as a great base apartment from which to explore Maceio city and the surrounding area.

The apartment is very cozy and complete,it is exactly as in the description,very beautiful and new,well located and close to the beach , communication with Mr Oldacino always giving us support, and assisting in any doubt made our days in Maceió be quiet and we were able to enjoy better this beautiful city,the Tbm building has structure for the guests . I hope to be able to return and stay in the apartment again.
