We were very welcome in the apartment, which was clean, comfortable and decorated with very good taste. The condominium is quiet and safe — my son had a lot of fun on the court and at the playroom, where he met other very educated children. Although the beach is not so close, we enjoyed the weekend a lot. It was a great stay, and we were very pleased!

Our stay was great! Fábio and the perfect host wife, always available and super requested! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

Casa marvellous house, my family and I were completely in love and very comfortable, the house is exactly like in the photo, we love every corner. Another positive point is the beach, besides beautiful it is very close to the condominium, leaving the condominium is only to cross the highway (and it is safe). Our stay at the house was quite pleasant. The property is spacious, comfortable and has integrated environments, a feature we greatly appreciated. The location near the city's entrance cloverleaf interchange offers a quieter environment, without the heavy traffic of the center, with easy access to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to being close to the city center. The hosts were helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. We appreciate the welcome and look forward to returning soon!

The house is great. All clean, organized and complete with the necessary items for a good stay. The whole house is air-conditioned, being a great differential. Marcos was a very proactive, attentive and communication host was quick and efficient. The location of the house is within easy drive access to the Paraty Center, about 15 to 20 min. Would recommend it!!

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

Beto is an amazing person!!! super polite and attentive, the porters are also a thousand, super educated always ready to assist when necessary. Clean and cozy AP with amazing scenery. We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

Very good, Fábio is a sensational person, super attentive, only points was the sofa and wardrobe of the room that bothered, but nothing that hindered our stay, super comfortable apartment and close to the center, the condominium is very good
