My family and I had a great stay. The hostess was always willing, accessible and proactive. Local with impeccable cleanliness, new apartment, all cozy rooms, well distributed and with all necessary structure to ensure our comfort.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the listing. However, I found the communication with them too complicated, they rented us an apartment and in the middle of my trip, arriving in Itapema they warned that there was no Internet and would change our stay. The problem was that they canceled, so it took a few days to refund the amount paid. I had to stop in the middle of the trip to make the new reservation with them, without having received a refund. The good part was that they were very helpful and kept the same price for our stay. However, they could have facilitated the process, since the apartment problem was theirs and we were on the road arriving at the destination. They need to improve the hosting bureaucracy. If it weren't for that, it would be perfect, because the property is great.

We had a great stay in the apartment, it was exactly like the photos and nearby we had various options of markets, bakery, restaurants and etc.

Jeam was an excellent host, always attentive to our requirements. We were a small inconvenience with our vehicle and we were recommended by a mechanic, who attended us very well. The apartment meets all the expectations that you can have. Everything is set with an exquisite taste, it is very comfortable, safe , the artifacts are of top quality as well as towels and bedding. The house is great! Well complete, modern, super close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The backyard is huge and the rooms were super clean. I went with my family (we were 8 people) and everyone loved it.. we enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen had everything we needed. About the jacuzzi, he warned that it would be dismantled, but before the trip I commented that I wanted to use it a lot and he got it done, he was super attentive and ordered to ride. Always responded quickly and was very flexible at the checkout as well. I'm sure back.

Beautiful place, in the middle of nature! Bring a lot of repellent. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable beds, all rooms with air conditioning. Good restaurant a few meters away, as well as a gas station, with ice and cold drinks, and pharmacy. Very attentive host, there was an issue with the refrigerator and Antônio did everything possible to resolve it quickly. Adalgisa and Lola are in charge of making their stay even better.

Eloísa's place is perfect! Super equipped and with quality items! Even the towels and linens were excellent! The house was super clean and Eloísa was also super flexible with us! Besides, the house is very close to the beach. If we have the opportunity to return to Governor Celso Ramos, we will certainly try to stay there.

We travel 3 mothers with 5 children to enjoy the park Beto Carreiro. The house of Murilo served us very well, we had privacy, freedom to cook and the luxury of having the psychina warmed up after the day in the park. The house is well equipped.

Everything was perfect. We loved the house and we'll be back for sure!! The pool is great, the barbecue area well equipped and the house is very modern and cozy and offers plenty of space. The place is quiet and close to the sea and Beto Carrero

In addition to everything super tidy and fragrant, it still received us with fresh welcoming fruits. Not counting on the various unannounced facilities: hairdryer, portable crib and bathtub for my baby, a girl in the building itself always ready to support... The access to the apt is by electronic lock, which made it very easy even at the exit, since our return was at dawn and we do not need to give a physical key to anyone. For the external doors of the building, Elizeth provided us with 3 tags, which was great, as it allowed us to arrive at different times to the condominium without the slightest problem. Great! Super recommend!!!! :)

Wonderful place. We were greeted by kiki who is a sympathy. The condominium is perfect, huge and many areas for children . It is not located on the main street of Beto Carrero, which gives more tranquility, it does not have the movement of centrão, but by car it is close. Much commerce nearby, which makes life easier. For sure when we return we will contact you again.

Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!

We spent almost 40 minutes to unload our car, of so much difficulty we had in the elevator. Everything was very good, the only problem was the discomfort with the elevators, we had to wait a long time to go up or down, when the other guests stopped at us were arrogant, we had trouble getting up with the bags because of that! Getting that off, everything was really good, we liked it a lot and we would come back!
