For the second time I returned to the apartment. It's even better than 2020. New air conditioning. And nothing has been damaged since then. It's still very good. Very clean apartment. Good building, everything is great. I highly recommend it

We spent a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. I, my wife and my son feel at home for the entire stay. The location was also good. A special highlight goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, made all the difference in our experience. It was a great experience. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach and is located close to the bakery , bars and pharmacy. It is a great spot for young couples who like to enjoy a pub at night. Sigi was attentive throughout our stay. For those who like to cook the stove and oven work very well. A car is required for trips to the supermarket.

I took advantage of the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to speed things up it is better to drive there. The location is great, as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. The day we went the apartment had no internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so that was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, at night when we arrived at the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from the cell phone to the TV. And Jorginho (caretaker) is super polite and always helped us when we needed it, especially with this Internet/check-in and check-out issue. The apartment has potential, it is large, it accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we felt a lack of utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses, pots) Otherwise, expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

It was our second time at the Brenda AP, as the first time everything was great, she is super attentive, of the excellent tips of the region, we took the boat trip in the camp for her indication and we won up to a discount. I give a lot of this hosting!

I went to spend the holiday with my wife, and the desire was to live in the AP. Totally cozy, Eletros of great quality, spacious room, air conditioning that allowed to keep the AP fresh with the warmth it was doing in the city, and fully equipped for our needs. Not to mention the rest of the fully family condominium, good service, wordless space, pool with lagoon, bar and restaurant, and everything is close. We went on a holiday where the city was totally crowded and a lot of traffic, but with the warmth we had in the condominium we didn't even miss the beach. Selma fully requests and attentive, sure when we get back in town we already know where we host.

Great stay, perfect space, great location, home exactly like the photos, I would say even better. All clear and in perfect condition! Air conditioning in all rooms, equipped kitchen! Condominium with swimming pool, sauna, game room and parking! Very good! I highly recommend it.

My stay in the apartment was very good, everything exactly like the photos, Fernando always very attentive. For those who go by bus, you will be near the beach of the Dunas and you will have to walk a little to get to the beach of the Forte or get an Uber for the most convenience. Be sure to visit the other beaches, Pero, Conchas, Arraial do Cabo, Uber is cheap.

It was very nice to stay in Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which is wonderful structure, very nice swimming pool, a private beach, lush view and everything... we'll be back for sure!!!

The place is beautiful, the view to the marina is really beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped and Victor always responded in a very good way and predisposed to help us. We gave good use of the facilities, the Gim is very complete, there are drinking water vending machines throughout the complex and the Wifi works very well even in the outdoor areas such as the pool and gymnasium. The place is full of places to relax and very good armchairs to sit and read and enjoy the peace of the complex. while it is far away from the center of Buzios, no problem getting around by Uber or car, you arrive in 20'min anywhere.

The stay at the Soluar house was simply sensational! Jeandre is super good people, always available and attentive. The house is amazing, very spacious and comfortable, the way we like. The barbecue area along with the pool was our meeting point every day — impossible not to enjoy! The room is huge and super cozy, perfect for relaxing after the beach. The space to store the cars is large and safe, which has brought even more tranquility. And a super important detail: the house is in one of the safest areas of Cabo Frio, which made us much more comfortable to enjoy every moment. The location is also great, in a quiet neighbourhood and close to everything. We're already counting the days to come back!
