Casa do Félix - Casa Verde

Casinhas do Félix-Casa Verde 15 km north of downtown Ubatuba, white sand and waterfront shaded by abricós, Félix beach is one of the most beautiful and preserved on the north coast. Casa Verde is integrated in the Atlantic Forest, within a condominium with 24-hour concierge and about two minutes walk to the beach. The house features a large suite with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, living room with TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen, balcony with hammocks, barbecue and a beautiful garden.

The house is not luxurious, but it is cozy. Access is via a 250 m path that starts at the beach and is covered on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very high for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally from caiçaras, it was renovated by my parents, with whom I spent a lot of good times there. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

My space is located in the rural area of the city of Paraty, on the road Paraty-Cunha (Route 165). It is a modern house, well equipped and well-integrated with Nature, nestled in a piece of the Atlantic rain Forest, in the National Park of Serra da Bocaina, 10km from the center of the historical center of Paraty. There is waterfalls with crystal-clear natural swimming pool, with private access, jungle gym, sauna, trails in the forest, therapeutical therapies and you can order nice local food.

The famous Monkey House is an observatory between the trees immersed gently into the forest of Aldeia Rizoma ecological condominium at 15-25min from Paraty downtown. Dozens of natural pools and waterfalls, walking and running trails, gym, sauna, agroforestry, as well massage and yoga services, are all parts of the healing experiences, exclusive for the Aldeia Rizoma guests. The house has very comfortable interiors, Starlink high-speed internet connection, all in a very private location.

The house is at the top of the Itamambuca forest and is always fresh. We have air conditioning. The water comes straight from the forest and is very good for drinking and bathing. The Casinha is completely enclosed, allowing your pet to roam freely and safely. We organize trails, surf lessons and sessions in the best conditions.

Part of the construction of the house was made using a typical caiçara canoe, affectionately called Paciência, in honor of the Canto da Paciência in Praia da Fazenda, where it was made. We are 10 km from the center of Cunha. Cabana Biguá was built on the highest part of the land, overlooking some points of Serra da Mantiqueira, such as Serra Fina, Pico dos Marins and Pico Itaguaré. You can walk freely around the grounds and explore the landscape.
