Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Praia do Lázaro

We spent a very pleasant family weekend in the house. As I had read here, it is even better than the photos. The location is excellent, not too far away, within a quiet and safe house condominium. It is steps from Lazaro beach, great for children for being shallow and with few waves (we saw even fish on the right side of it). We also know the Domingas Dias beach, the condominium gives access to it too, it was well worth it. The house has all structure, air-conditioned rooms, gourmet area equipped and comfortable. Alexandre was proactive, kind, flexible with checkin and checkout and very quick to answer. We will definitely return.

I loved the house! It is even more beautiful than in the pictures, the deck is fantastic, very close to nature. The house has many amenities and many useful utensils and appliances in the kitchen. It has easy access to the beach and a little market on the corner. I definitely recommend and would come back.

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The house is very comfortable, and having three en suite bathrooms for each room was great. It’s a 5 minute drive from the beach! Ana Maria was so helpful, responsive and kind, always communicating with us when we had a question. And we hired Giovana as a cook for the week, which was a great decision - she made delicious meals for us so we really could feel like we’re on vacation. 10/10 stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation, and I hope to visit again!!!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The house is old in more Rustic style, but left nothing to be desired !. Well spacious, close to the beach and no need to take the car ... large pool with children's leisure area. Talita and her mother always requested and helped us in everything we need. I recommend it and would definitely come back more often!

The proposal of the grandmother's house is exceptional, it refers to the past, without TV it makes you interact more with the family, in relation to the functional house, very close to the sea, my children liked the books and the retro decoration. As for João, a fine, welcoming guy with easy access to contact. The only thing I disliked was the position of the wardrobe, I tried to change more is fixed. Kkkkkkkk. In the next stadia I will make this change of the wardrobe and the local dining table. Congratulations my comrade , the house "Grandma " is excellent. Note We felt cold at night .

The house is wonderful and spacious, very clean, lots of flowers, garden well cared for, if you notice the care you have with the place and with the host that you are receiving. When activated, they were fast and helpful. Thank you for the reception and intend to return soon.

Roberto was very attentive at all times, who personally deals with the tenants is the homemade Fernando, who was very kind and helpful during my stay. Very flexible check in and check out, which was great. The house is in great condition, not new, but maintains the comfort of one. Of the 10 guests, none pointed to the smell of mold in the house, a rare thing when it comes to a house so close to the sea. It will continue to be an option for more visits to Ubatuba.

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, it was wonderful the experience from the beginning to the end, very requested and attentive host ( Mr. Douglas) We use the pool space in common, very good, location is great with good trade structure, easy access to beaches, we want to return! I had a very good experience on the site, it is well located, close to the beach of Perequê. The apartment is comfortable, it had everything I needed. Juliana is a very kind person, she always answered me quickly and helped me a lot. I'll definitely be back again!

Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

The place is more beautiful than in the pictures. Since I was going to be late, I was afraid not to find it before dark but it was very easy. The place is great for those who want to take tours in the Cunha and Paraty region. Easy to go to Laundry, Serra do Mar State Park and others. They were attentive and we had a great stay.

Great stay, it has a shadowy dog yard. The condo is very nice. I recommend it .

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

wonderful week immersed in the lush forest, with the comfort of a very pleasant home and a heated pool. change of scenery and letting go guaranteed. ( beware of certain amenities such as outdoor locks that do not close, the sink in the downstairs bathroom that is not waterproof, the fire pit that is no longer relevant, or the cleaning of seaweed in the pool. ). We will come back because this spot is not far from unique!

It was all amazing! The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures, plus it's super equipped with everything we need for a sensational stay! From leisure to the comfort of the rooms. The hosts were super helpful all the time and the big highlight goes to Fernanda and Cris. They made our stay even more special, with all the care and whim in the dishes we asked for, in addition to the delights they did and everything with a lot of organization and sympathy! Everything we needed (and more) was served by these dear sisters. The homemade Pelé is also pure sympathy and promptness! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

Great hostess, very helpful requests in communication. We were offered a courtesy night due to a small problem, which completely escaped control of it. Excellent location, with a privileged view.

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!
