Ja had gone other times to ubatuba, however this time was perfect, the house near the waterfall that no doubt and my favorite place, so without a doubt I will return as soon as possible, 5 star place

I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

the house is cozy, excellent. as the pictures show. it is large , great rooms with fan and air conditioning. clean kitchen with everything you need, the backyard is beautiful,brings a calm peace, a good pool. and Zenaide a dear, very friendly, polite, answered whenever I needed. We have everything, and is close to the beach doa sapê which is a peaceful beautiful beach. We will always return

It was the second time I stayed at Anna's house and the atmosphere is extremely comfortable, clean and cozy. The house has everything we need, the kitchen has utensils and pans, the colchoes are comfortable and in addition to air-conditioning it also has an option of fans. These are some details, but the house is a grace and very safe. When we went first we took 2 dogs and Anna gave us all the instructions to make the house safer so the dogs wouldn't run away. Communication is very clear and accurate. We love the place and recommend hosting.

The house is wonderful and spacious, very clean, lots of flowers, garden well cared for, if you notice the care you have with the place and with the host that you are receiving. When activated, they were fast and helpful. Thank you for the reception and intend to return soon.

Our stay was great! Fábio and the perfect host wife, always available and super requested! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

Super pleasant apartment and the condominium with wonderful leisure area! The kitchen with new utensils and everything very clean. Air conditioning functioned perfectly. The barbecue hood does not work very well, but nothing that prevents you from making a beach barbecue. Raiane and Rosana super friendly helped us with all the questions!

By far this is one of the most paid off Airbnb! The Super Helpful Host helped us with all the questions, very polite our stay was fantastic, I recommend this House , great location , we were able to get to know the main beaches close to everything. The stay was perfect, the apartment is exactly as described and in the photos, complete! The host was super helpful and assisted us in readiness. In addition to having left us a few beers in the fridge! We travel with friends and enjoy a lot, no doubt we recommend other guests.

The house is excellent! The best hosting we did via Airbnb. House very comfortable, functional, complete and was extremely clean. EVERYTHING we needed had there. We felt at home..and best of all, it is a few meters from the beach, we slept listening to the noise of the sea. It exceeded our expectations. The condominium is beautiful, lots of nature. It has bakery, markets and restaurants very close to the house. Fernando was an excellent host, it was all the time available. He directed us to Marli to help us with the house, which was excellent to make our stay even better.

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The house is very comfortable, and having three en suite bathrooms for each room was great. It’s a 5 minute drive from the beach! Ana Maria was so helpful, responsive and kind, always communicating with us when we had a question. And we hired Giovana as a cook for the week, which was a great decision - she made delicious meals for us so we really could feel like we’re on vacation. 10/10 stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation, and I hope to visit again!!!

The house is extremely clean, large, pleasant, with very spacious, what you need is just a few renovations in the part of the barbecue (cupboard), in the room the shower is dripping all the time, but the rest of the time.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the noise of the sea and walking on the waterfront was very good for me and my husband. We also took advantage of the pool on the day it was cloudy. Thank you for the stay and we plan to return for sure!

The house was exactly the same as in the pictures: spacious, cozy and with a charming decoration that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. There was a fountain that made the environment even more enjoyable and relaxing at bedtime. The leisure area had a pool table and ping pong, which were the most successful among the staff during the stay. The swimming pool was huge, perfect for enjoying, and the bathtub was a real highlight — super relaxing and ideal for moments of rest. The condo is very quiet and safe, with a beautiful lake full of ducks and geese, ideal for hiking. There is also a calm river in the condominium, great for cooling off with peace of mind — even my dogs had fun and learned to swim there! Also, host Leonardo was super considerate and answered all questions quickly.

The space is even bigger and more beautiful in person, held all 15 family members in comfort, the pool was very clean, as was the whole house. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond to messages.
