Large and totally private yard with beach access. Space for parking three cars. Located 5-minute drive from the Ribeirão Parish, it has wi-fi and all necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Very cozy American house, located in the south of the island on Matadeiro beach. A preserved paradise between Armação and Lagoinha do Leste. One of the surfers' favorite beaches, offering good waves, being a continuation of Armação beach with access via a short trail for about a ten-minute walk. It has an incredible look with lots of native vegetation around and facing the sea. Come and enjoy this paradise!
