The location is excellent, it has everything you need nearby. The place is very cozy, perfect to relax and enjoy the beach, we loved sitting and enjoying the side view of the sea and the infrastructure that the apartment provides is excellent. Simone welcomed us very well and whenever we needed her, she was attentive to providing us with a wonderful stay, it was all very peaceful and pleasant to stay in this apartment. Perfect. Our stay was wonderful, the apartment is beautiful, super well decorated, we felt at home, literally. It exceeded expectations. Everything super clean, with everything you need in a home. Great shower, Comfortable and super-smelling beds. Dirce very attentive. Paula and husband then... there is no talk, they treated us well. Already on arrival, they received us with a treat, ice water and ice ready for us to use. We will definitely be back. Our stay at Pérola Itamambuca was simply amazing! The house is exactly as described, the space is very welcoming. The location is excellent, very close to Itamambuca Beach, which allowed us to make the most of it without having to worry about travel. In addition, the house is super well equipped, had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to details that make the stay more practical and comfortable. Acriana was very attentive as well as Fernando!, always available to answer questions, which made us even more at home. It really was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Sônia was an excellent host, extremely polite and kind, she gave us all the support we need, gave us all the information with details and photos, and was always available to answer questions and messages. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

The place was beautiful, clean, neat, super safe, and comfortable to get in and out with the car at any time. Hot air conditioned pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, gym and more... In addition the beach in front also very nice especially for surfing. All very attentive, and the destination was beautiful in every way, come back again without a doubt.

The apto da Paula is great and is located in a condominium with a very good structure and security. Beds are very comfortable, showers are very good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing is that the curtains are of fine, light fabric, so the rooms with an exit to the balcony are very clear when it dawns. The location is great for those who like to go out to eat, as you can walk to the best restaurants. Outside the high season, access to the beaches is also quite traquilo. I liked it a lot, I would stay again.
