Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia Fazenda d'Armação

the host took pains to get us an excellent place to park my van which is quite large, the furniture in the accommodation is of excellent quality the armchair made you want to get up for its great comfort and the space you are 100% used, honestly they were the best vacation of our lives.

Nicolau and his family welcomed us very well, we felt at home with all the affection and hospitality! Right on the sand, without any problems with other guests! We'll be back soon, no doubt!

We had a great stay in the apartment! The space is like in the photos, it has everything that is needed to meet those who stay - including small details that, for those who arrive, are extremely functional differentials: toilet paper in the bathroom, soap and dish detergent, salt and cooking oil, etc. Fernando was extremely kind, gave us tips of places to visit and proved available for any eventuality. The condominium is excellent, the pool is wonderful, the mini market 24h is extremely useful. Just cross the street and we're already at the beach. The facial recognition system works perfectly and has a great restaurant at the bottom of the building. We will certainly be back!

It is a comfortable place with everything that you need. The beach front location is excellent, the literal gate faces with the beach sand. There are many shops around, souvenirs, supermarkets, clothing, restaurants of all kinds. Excellent and convenient.

Our stay was great! The apartment is extremely close to the beach, just cross one street, and it will arrive in less than two minutes. On the balcony of the apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. It is very close also to shops, fair, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, fuel stations, bakeries, etc. Da to do everything on foot. I recommend it!

We spent beautiful days! Marcia and Paulo were very kind at all times. They are excellent hosts, the duplex is beautiful, it has all the amenities, it is modern and it is exactly the same as in the photos! We had a great stay in Vanda's apartment, she was very kind and was waiting for us to give us the keys and give us directions. The apartment was spotless and has all the amenities to be comfortable. The condo is quiet and well maintained. The location is perfect, with direct beach access and 100 meters from shops and restaurants. Vanda was very kind and allowed us to check out late to match the departure with our return flight. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you very much Vanda!

The apartment is very conveniently located with respect to the center, shopping venues, restaurants, supermarkets. It has a swimming pool overlooking the beautiful ocean. It's less than 100 meters from the beach. The rooms have very good decoration, the beds and pillows are in excellent condition. It has excellent air conditioning. It has an easily accessible garage on a very busy street in high season.

An amazing place, booked in the middle of nature, private, close to places to visit and spend the day well and very well taken care of in every respect. We are located on the ap 03, super well equipped, clean and organized. Valmi was always super helpful and our stay was quiet and without any unforeseen events. It was really awesome!

The Stephany house is very good, well maintained, wide and airy, a large yard with grass and well clean. The location of the house is great, very close to the beach. I didn't meet Stephany in person, but her father was always available if we needed it. We love the place and we will definitely be back again.

Excellent accommodation. Direct beach access by a path next to the house. Very comfortable. Includes chairs and umbrella that are critical to enjoying the beach. Vera, the host, always very attentive. We ran out of gas at 9:00 pm and by 9.30 we were already changing the garrafa. Undoubtedly on our next visit to Florianopolis we will book again

The stay at Roberta and David's house was excellent! We emphasize their hospitality, very kind to us at all times, attentive to all the needs we might have. They also recommended great places to visit and to eat. We emphasize that it had a beautiful view, the place is located in an area with a lot of nature and tranquility. As for the cleanliness, the house was spotless and has all the necessary cooking utensils. It's very close to the beach for walking, but it also has nearby trails that lead to quieter, more secluded places to spend the day. Although it is in a more remote area, it has restaurants, supermarkets and businesses just minutes away. We will definitely be back and stay longer!

Home is fantastic, exactly what we expected, a paradise. Seu Hedio received us personally and was very helpful. We had a little problem with the water of the house and His Hedium was very helpful to solve the problem and tb came to us to check if everything was in our compliance. 10/10 I will return with the family for sure

We had delicious days of rest, enjoying with the family in a super cozy and complete home! The house has everything in the descriptions and photos, and even more! Surprised! We went with two children and the infrastructure for them is perfect! The host is super requested and we were very welcome. In addition, the view is wonderful, standing in the sand and a gorgeous sunrise in the sea. We want to go back now!

Although the apartment is small, it has well-used spaces, it has many elements to use that make the stay more comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, they left us several things for daily use available, the accommodation is as shown in the ad, with a very nice view from the window of the room. The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated all well. The showers have poor contact, which connects each other automatically connects. In the kitchen we miss a knife for bread and also a knife for a meal. We were 8 people and had 7. There was a quarter that the lamp was burned, but it was solved quickly with the help of the porters, very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large classes (8 people and also for families with kids). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend.

Hospedagem Genesis is very kind and considerate! The apartment is easy to locate, secure, concierge 24hs. Very pleasant environment, very attentive and helpful condominium employees.. the beach in front is very calm and beautiful!! Every night we went to the sea to see the fishermen and the sea!! We very much like the site. Ah Mercado, cafeteria and bakery nearby beyond the grocery store in the condominium itself. In summary I recommend the location!!

Our stay at Mauricio's apartment was great! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything is very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of English and the beach. The air conditioning didn't work the first day and they fixed it quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Melissa's house is great! We were super well accommodated! Everything is very clean! Plus the bonus of always having a clean pool and being on the sand! We loved it!

At the beginning it costs us a little to learn how to use some amenities of the complex , but in the aftermath we felt at home, we spent a few spectacular days.
