Great apartment. Very well equipped, with great location. Definitely the best value in the Region. Very close to the beach. I ended up not having the opportunity to talk to Douglas about a problem on my cell phone and still, without being able to speak directly to him I accessed the apartment I checked and checked out quietly. It was all very amazing.

We like the apartment very much, the place is very welcoming and pleasant, the decoration combines with the beach, several points that refer to the beach environment, such as oars, paintings and other details. The size is very good for 2 people, in our view, more people would be tight. About the bathroom/box, I'm 1.85 cm tall and I'm slim, based on that, the box's width was at the limit to be ideal, so if it's taller or big, it might get a little tight. The acoustics are very good, just a few moments in the upstairs apartment when they played with dogs (it seemed like playing ball), when they ran from one side to the other quickly, you could listen a little, but for us that is not a problem, because we live in an apartment so we are used to it. A detail, we do not know if the apartment above is resident or per night and in this day there were the dogs. Daniel was very helpful and attentive in the whole process, we really like everything in general!

From first contact to farewell Marcus always available and extremely attentive! The apartment met expectations in all aspects. It was undoubtedly a great stay! Mjuito well located, clean, organized and with a cool view. We really like it!

I had a good experience in this property. The distribution of rooms, ventilation, balcony space and, mainly, the location were positive points. The cleaning was slightly lower than expected, probably due to the delivery of previous guests, but it did not compromise the stay. It would also be interesting to maintain the shower, which has low water pressure and the dispersion of this non-ideal water. Overall, the flat is great, with a great location and good communication with the host, which made the stay enjoyable
