Cozy cottage pleasant living room with an extraordinary view. The more the chimney. Beautiful region...only small downside to the wind...but a great stay at Sébastien's very welcoming. We recommend this property.

Sylvain and Perrine are two very helpful people, they not only rented the chalet to us but also recommended places to go and, even, helped us book a table for New Year's Eve. They were helpful, kind, and welcoming. The property is conveniently located, where you can reach all the strategic points and the house is in classic mountain style. Wood and windows from which to enjoy the evocative view of the mountain. The house is well stocked with everything you may need. Recommended experience that we will surely repeat!! Thank you for everything Sylvain and Perrine, a lot of hospitality is not so obvious.

We had a really good time at Françoise's apartment. The property is on the ground floor of a typical 19th century chalet. The owners live upstairs so they're always available for anything. The place is very warm and welcoming, the furniture and appliances are new and fully functioning. The apartment is suitable for a family with small children, we found everything you need, changing table, raised chair, camping crib with mattress, and Françoise was kind enough to give us a stroller and games. As for the location, the chalet is an 8-minute drive from Pelvoux ski resort, particularly suitable for children, and 14 minutes from Puy St Vincent station. The view is breathtaking, it's definitely a place to come back a second time.

We left for 3 days with friends and chose Anne's place. We were delighted from start to finish, everything was as advertised, comfortable bedding, an absolutely beautiful cottage. We were blessed with exceptional weather, and were able to sunbathe in the garden. Anne welcomed us very warmly and was available when we called her on the weekend. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

I want to express a sincere thanks to Gilles, a friendly, punctual, friendly and helpful host who made me feel at home. I celebrated my birthday at this amazing chalet and it was an amazing experience. The house not only matches the beauty of the photos but can get through it.

The chalet is very nice and functional with a beautiful view and garden. The mechanical lifts can be reached by walk in 5 mins. Very good location and very relaxing cottage.

Great cottage, faithful to the description! Clean, bright, spacious rooms, good bedding We feel good there as soon as we enter!! Great communication with Sofia! We had a great time with our children and grandchildren, everyone was delighted, young and old. We'll definitely stay there again.

This place is stunning!—Gorgeous mountains all around. So much character and charm in the Baita and decor. Summer lead us to a wonderful local restaurant and was easy to get ahold of. It was cozy and worked well for our group of 9 adults. Although it was a bit strange that the two middle floor bedrooms didn’t have doors, just curtains—so that made privacy/quietness more difficult. There are lots of stairs and a long walk from parking but well worth it if you’re up for the adventure. CAR CHAINS are a must if there’s any snow in the forecast however after the storm passes the roads are pristinely plowed but amidst snowfall we struggled greatly.

We had a great time. The cottage was as described. Great for getting together for families or groups of groups. Anna's great hospitality and great contact with the owners. Note: access to the cottage when there is snow is not easy (2 very tight turns on the last 100 meters) but possibility to park further down.

Very nice stay, the accommodation is very nice and as described. Close to the slopes of Vars Sainte Marie which then give access to the whole estate. For skiers, the undeniable "plus" is the ski room in the cellar (what comfort to have your boots heated and dried.
