Monthly Rentals in Phnom Penh

A perfect place to live in Phnom Penh for a few days or even a few month. It is very clean and spacious and it is exactly like on the pictures. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is some music playing in the evening but not at night. For me nothing to complain about. The host is super friendly and responds pretty fast. The Internet is fast and there are also LAN ports available. So it is also suitable for those who need to work with a reliable internet connection. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking at home. There is a 7-eleven right across the street and it is open 24/7. There is also a big supermarket and an ATM about 200m away. There are some food stalls right in front of the building as well. There is a Gym in the building for 5$ per day (no leg press). There is also a pool for 5$/entire_stay. You can reach many restaurants, bars and clubs and Aeon mall within 10minutes by taxi/tuktuk. One of the best accommodations I have been in South East Asia.

This is my second stay at Bodhitree, and everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary cooking equipment, a big fridge, and a large bathroom with hot water. It also has a TV and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning in the bedroom doesn't work well, but the one in the living room works perfectly. I kept the bedroom door open, and it stayed cool. You can also open the windows for a nice breeze. The building has an indoor pool and a gym, which are very convenient. If I come back to Cambodia, I will rent this place for a third time. Everything about the stay was great. The apartment is even more spacious than it shows in the photos. Everything you need is provided: toiletries, kitchen utensils, wash machine and even an ironing board. Poline always responds fast and is very friendly. Great host. And the staircase that some reviews mention was not a problem at all. It's actually completely safe and clean. The location is also very good. Many attractions are within walking distance, and if you prefer to take a Tuk-tuk, they usually arrive in only 1 minute on Grab.

The listing is as described, welcoming, in a local cul-de-sac. It's cool to stay as close as possible to the locals ☺️ The only small negative point is the fact that there are openings in the walls, which are not closable, which let in the heat and take out the cold from the air conditioning located in the room. Chanpor was a more than responsive host and with valuable tips. She makes you feel at home and thank you again for that 🥰
