In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140 cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are available. The basement bedroom is moisture-insulated and has a ventilation system. Electrosmog-reduced apartment without Wi-Fi.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

It is in a building from the 60's with an elevator. It has one bedroom, a cooking place combined with the corridor and a bathroom with a bathtub. No smoking. Not suitable for guests with pets. Perfect Munich center experience for two.
