English Garden is like the Central Park in New York. It is Munich dream location to live or to stay. The historical apartment is just in front of the English garden. It still has many original ArtDeco elements - Mosaic windows, chandelier in the hallway und wooden stairs. It is also perfect location to explore the city. Most central sightseeings are just walking distance away. The 1 bedroom high seiling apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a kitchen with a large dining area.

Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City Ost (Untere Au), which I use during the week for project work in Munich myself and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as REWE, Edeka, Rossmann and pharmacy are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

This newly and stylishly renovated, fully furnished and equipped flat (30 sqm) on the 2nd floor is located in a very prestigious Art Nouveau building in a popular and exclusive residential area in Munich's Lehel district, directly opposite the Isar river and in the immediate vicinity of the English Garden. The flat is very bright and sunny thanks to the high rooms and large mullioned windows. It has beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled.
