Monthly Rentals in Prawet

I was at May’s place for two months while recovering from my injuries. I was so rush to find a place but luckily I found this place. Since I can’t walk , I was really concerned about my surroundings and the place. But everything was smooth since checking in and they let me check in even earlier. The gym and the pool is just downstairs.Very responsive for any matters. The place is private and safe. You can only enter with the keycard and securities are strict as well for your safety. There is 7/11 in like 3 mins walk. We love to visit claw machines Game Center nearby there too like 2 mins walk. The room is clean and the bed is very comfy. It was really a pleasant place during my stay where I felt like home.

The apartment was clean and nice. All facilities are in condo + huge mall in walking distance. You can find almost everything, what you need. The only minus is location. Far from the city center, and a bit far from closest BTS station, which can bring you to city center. So you need to take bus/taxi bike for get to metro. Or if you use to just use a taxi, this is also can be solution for you. But the rest was really good.

The place is close to shops and shopping malls. Easy to get around if you have the chance to stay there again.

Absolutely loved the hospitality and the friendliness of the Host and his wife. I felt right at home throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful and has everything for a digital nomad, I stayed there for a month and loved it. It’s green all around, and well equipped. The host made daily essentials like water, beverages all available at the ground floor which was a massive upside, I really liked that touch. I didn’t have to order a pack of water every time especially since the delivery is capped at a six pack every-time. Just one small caveat (absolutely has nothing to do with the property just a FYI for anyone who is scared of stray dogs) when you go outside the property, there are a pack of wild stray dogs at the only narrow road that connects the main road. So at night it gets scary and I was followed and barked at and the road has no footfall at night. They also follow while you cycle from and to the place. But overall, absolutely recommend for the price, no brainer!
