Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, recreation center, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your bed linen and towels I'll give you a small discount.

Comfortable studio, renovated bed, unobstructed view.

I'm next door and I use the studio as an off-season office. I provide everything as in a hotel, towels, linens. The location is perfect. You can get everywhere on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is perfect for relaxing evenings after exercise. By car, easy access by the very clear national road to Megève (10 minutes), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.

One bedroom apartment ideally located in a quiet street in the heart of the village of Saint Gervais. A 15 minutes walk to Le Bettex ski lift, It is close to all amenities including the tourist office and the ski school. The free shuttle to the Bettex ski lift is just down the road. (With a surface area of 39 m2, it can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults (because the size of the sofa bed mattress is 140cm*180cm). The apartment also has a ski locker.

Have a great time at this comfortable place to stay near an activity park for adults and children, as well as the swimming lake and ski slopes, 5 km from Megève and 45 minutes from Chamonix Comfortable 25 m2 apartment with balcony equipped with 1 double bed in the sleeping area and a sofa with a double mattress. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes and lifts. Access to the Espace Diamant (Praz Flumet Notre Dame and Les Saisies). Many km of slopes are at your disposal. Val d'Arly is ideal for beginners. Free access at the bottom of the slopes for beginners and a very nice sledding track for the little ones. Downtown and amenities 5 min walk, 5 min from Megève by car and 45 min from Chamonix Mont Blanc. Senseo, fondue and raclette sets and table barbecue available.
