Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with 80 square meters of living space and a large balcony. Completion mid-November 2023. The apartment has: 2 bedrooms with wooden floors, bathroom with shower and toilet, large living/dining area with flat-screen satellite TV and equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. Towels and bed linens are provided. Heated with an air source heat pump via underfloor heating. No pets allowed.

Our holiday apartment is in a quiet location with access to a large garden. For the 3rd person, an additional €10 per day is charged. These are to be paid in cash at the accommodation. A sofa bed is available in the living area for this purpose. Dogs are welcome and cost €5 per day. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the royal castles at the gate to the Ammergebirge. Lake Ilassberg with swimming beach ( Forggensee) is only 500 meters away.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
