Vacation rentals with a kayak in Preston County

This was an excellent, beautiful place to stay. We all enjoyed our stay very much. I will definitely book another reservation here in the future.

This house was even better than the pictures and description. It’s perfect for families especially with all the amenities for young children.

Could use handicap accessible where we was but we will be coming back soon it was nice

We absolutely loved our stay at this home—it truly felt like a home away from home. Wendy was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. She had everything you could possibly need or want already available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Even when we reached out a few times, she responded quickly and kindly every time. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. We had an amazing experience, and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family retreat!

Beautiful home, resort grounds were quiet, clean and well maintained. Manager was responsive even in the evening. Very comfortable; good instructions, easy to follow. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Terra Alta Lake View House. The house is beautiful, with stunning lake views that create the perfect setting to relax and unwind. It was clean, modern, and thoughtfully stocked, especially in the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking meals together. The host’s attention to detail made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in a gorgeous setting, I highly recommend Terra Alta Lake View House!

Jacqueline was super responsive. She was an amazing host answering all our questions and was willing to work with us on check out due to the weather!!! We would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed here before. The scenery absolutely stunning. A couple of minor (inexpensive) tweaks could make it spectacular. 1. TV’s are not expensive anymore. The tv in the downstairs bedroom sounds like a transistor radio and is t much bigger than one. 2. Upgrade the coffee pot and add a Keurig. 3. Pay someone to organize the cabinets to make some sort of sense. 4. This is for every house I’ve ever rented…..buy bigger and higher toilets. These toilets are kid sized. 5. Leave instructions for the fireplace or a note saying it’s not part of the rental.

We had the best stay in this cabin! They did not credit themselves enough for everything that was available for use! We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised that there was a security gate to enter the neighborhood and amenities, activities, indoor swimming and a lounge as a part of the rental as well! This was the perfect place for our family to visit and a great location to travel to other areas around as well! Thank you so much!

The house is great, very private, clean with a lot of amenities. Plenty pillows, blankets, bed sheets, utensil for cooking, plenty movies to watch. My family enjoy very much, this was my very first time in Cabin Fever and I am looking forward to return for the 4th of July weekend. Thank you for hosting. Blessings, Sandra Wade
