Comfortable flatlet in a great area close to everything you would need. You have your own private driveway/entrance and the space in bigger than what it looks on the photos. Some nice personal touches and the solar/generator is great during load shedding.

Thank you Jennifer and Johan we appreciated you being kind and generous during a difficult time with our dogs. You were both fantastic hosts. The cottage was the perfect stay over stay for us. The second room is in the open plan space separated by a screen but as we were a couple it didn’t bother us. There is a wonderful dirt road nearby where we could run with the dogs early morning.

We loved staying at PurePlaas. It was perfectly peaceful and private. Sonja was a great host and we loved chatting with her. We also loved her 2 beautiful, friendly dogs! The space had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We could have easily spent a week or more there. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Great amenities, gorgeous views, perfectly situated between Oudtshoorn and De Rust. We loved staying here.

What a nice experience to stay in Sarah's house and meet her and her son!!! Everything was so easy, making us feel at home from the first moment, giving us super nice tips and recommendations for local restaurants, shops and hidden experiences. We arrive as guests and left as friends!!! Thanks for everything!

This property truly surpasses the photos. Beautifully decorated with a wide selection of art, books, crockery, fabrics, glassware , etc. We especially loved the main bedroom, which feels like a lush greenhouse, full of greenery. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably maintained. We highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates design and nature.

Peaceful, rustic farm living with a great view and incredible sunsets. Spacious bedrooms and living area and nice big outside space for kids to play. Close to some good hikes, a lovely beach (Buffalo Bay), a river for canoeing and farmers markets. And not too far away if you need to head into town (Knysna or Wilderness).

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very cosy and offered a home away from home for our extended family. We also found the location to be very convenient as we needed to be close to the CBD and High School Outeniqua. Wilhelm was a kind host and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He took us mountain biking and showed us some of the best trails the Outeniqua Mountains have to offer. What a wonderful experience. We highly recommend the house to families or groups looking for their own space when travelling and we will surely book "Welcome Home" again next time we are in George.
