Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Modern villa with hot tub and home theater

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Country cottage with natural garden

The cottage is both a quiet place for families with children and a romantic stay for couples. Cyclists and hikers will also find facilities for their trips here. If you are looking for a refuge, a place for mental rest, or for focused creative activity, the cottage is here for you. The garden is available for moments of relaxation, sitting by the fire and watching the night sky. It will also provide you with fresh herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as the scent of grass and flowers.

Čeká vás minimalistický, ale promyšlený interiér a soukromé wellness v podobě vířivky a sauny (sauna není zahrnuta v ceně). Domeček je pro všechny, kdo milují klid, přírodu a chtějí si dopřát víc, než jen přespání. Je to zážitek, kde zpomalíte, načerpáte energii a odvezete si domů vzpomínky, na které se nezapomíná.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Mezi Lípami

The apartment will breathe a peaceful atmosphere on you. It is located in the middle of southern Bohemia (Vodňany/Protivín 5 min., Písek 15 min., Strakonice 20 min., České Budějovice 30 minutes). Nearby you can visit unique cultural monuments (Lomec, Hluboká nad Vltavou, Holašovice, Kratochvíle, etc.) or just wander around the surrounding nature. The apartment is part of a rural stone building, it has its own separate entrance with a common garden.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. A design apartment with luxurious furnishings and the feeling of home. Free parking right by the house, the centre 10 minutes on foot. Lipno 30 minutes by car, Šumava National Park within an hour — the densest network of marked trails in the Czech Republic begins practically at the door.

House on the water

Velký prostorný dům, jen par metru od jezera. Na kraji lesa. V domě je maximální pohodlí, 3 ložnice, každá má svoji terasu. Prostorný obývací pokoj s krbem a výhledem na vodu. Vybavena kuchyně, jídelna na terase. Dvě prostorné koupelny , dvě WC, 15 minut od historického mesta Pisek a 10 minut od zámku Blatná. U nás je klid, pohodlí a k dispozici je i malá loďka. Dum je oplocený.
